Tybee June Trip

Well true to form I have not posted since the last trip to Tybee. Does Wiley's tongue remind y'all of somebody??? Clara is in true sassy beach form. We had so much fun we went with the Lancasters and the (other) Churchwells. We of course were only permitted to sleep in our RV in our usual spot next to the 'main house'. When will The Cables provide RV electrical and water hookup and possibly a dump site? Some people are so behind the times. We had a lot of fun but when kids out number the adults it is very difficult to relax. I still brought my InTouch weekly and my book to the beach (never give up hope!). We mainly ate gritty sandy PB&J's and gold fish. Brad accidentally ate all of Payton's kids sandwiches one day. We rode our bikes to and fro toting bikes and surf boards and other ridiculous items. Forgetting things like sunscreen and towels but thanks goodness we've remebered the 90 lb. bocce ball set. We have such a good time at Tybee the people watching is always phenominal. Thanks to Payton and Jason for letting us come and I have to give big props to Ma Lancaster who is preggars with number 4 and out worked everyone there without a second thought. Patience is definitely your virtue! Am I writing an acceptance speech? Did I win an award? Yes my award will be the Captain Raisin Award!!! Fighting for raisins to be in almost any dish available!! We drove back towards Macon Monday and stayed at The Little Olcmulgee State Park. It was a great RV site very clean Cable hooks up and everything. The lodge was nice too. They had a clean pool and a cool area for kids called Splash that had sprinklers that shot all over the place out of giant flowers and holes in the ground and little guns to Clara loved it! Next trips to report on will be Brad and me going to see Wilco in Charleston early August and then in late August a trip with ladies from the Office (Snuggle town in full effect, Yeayer!!) This week Club Campbell will be open. Will try to post about the 4th of July camp out in Bolingbroke! Later Nerds...
